Kyoto Tango
Kyoto Tango is a Danish jewelery brand established by Ann Sophie von Bülow in 2016. Kyoto Tango's colorful bracelets are a play with colour, modern design and Japanese lacquer techniques. Von Bülow got the idea for the bracelets after an artist stay in the south of France where she worked on a project about Eileen Gray. The lacquered surfaces of Gray's furniture are a direct inspiration for the bracelets, and the name Kyoto Tango is a nod to the lavender cushions von Bülow made from old kimonos during his stay. With a vision to create accessible objects for women that celebrate diversity and unity, Kyoto Tango offers a world of colorful one-size bracelets.
