Buyer: The person who makes the order. In the case of sales to traders, the rules of the Purchase Act apply

Personal information

To shop at Norwaydesigns.no, you must register as a customer in the online store. The information must only be used internally. Norway Designs does not forward or sell personal data to third parties.

Order

To shop at norwaydesigns.no, you must be 18 years old.
The agreement is binding for both parties when the buyer's order has been received by the seller. The buyer still has the right to withdraw from the purchase in accordance with the Act on the right of withdrawal .
When Norway Designs receives an order, the buyer automatically receives an order confirmation to their e-mail address. It is the buyer's responsibility to check that the order confirmation matches the order with regard to quantity, product type, price, etc. If there is a discrepancy between the order and the order confirmation, the buyer must contact the seller as soon as possible.

Prices

All prices include VAT.
Information about the total costs the buyer must pay, including all taxes (value added tax, customs, etc.) and delivery costs (freight, postage, invoice fee, packaging etc.) as well as specification of the individual elements in the total price, is given in the ordering solution before the order is placed.

Sales reservation

Norway Designs reserves the right to price changes, printing errors, changes to text, images and links on our websites. Please note that colors shown in the online store may differ from the actual color of the products. This is due, among other things, to different color reproduction on different screens.

Delivery

Norway Designs aims to always deliver within 3-7 working days from the day we approve an order, but we cannot guarantee any fixed delivery dates other than that we will deliver within 30 days from the order being approved.
Norway Designs shall inform you if we are unable to meet our stated delivery date, but to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damages, costs, damages or expenses in connection with late delivery .

The buyer is responsible for picking up the order at the chosen pick-up location within the deadline.
If the buyer does not pick up the order, the amount for the goods will be refunded but not shipping.
The buyer can also choose to pick up the goods ordered at no extra cost at Norway Designs, Lille grensen 7, 0159 Oslo.

Norway Designs does not deliver outside Norway or to Svalbard and Jan Mayen.

Complaint

If there is a defect in the goods, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time after he has discovered it that he wishes to claim the defect. The deadline can never be shorter than two months from the time when the consumer discovered the defect. Complaints must nevertheless be made no later than two years after the buyer took over the goods. If the product or parts of it are intended to last significantly longer, the complaint deadline is five years.
In the event of a delay, claims must be made to the seller within a reasonable time after the delivery time has arrived and the item has not been delivered. Norway Designs covers any shipping costs when returning a complaint.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal means that the buyer can return the item to Norway Designs without reason even if there is no defect in it and even if it has not been delivered.
The buyer must notify Norway Designs of the use of the right of withdrawal within 14 days after the goods, the prescribed information on the right of withdrawal and the right of withdrawal form have been received. If the buyer receives the cancellation form and the necessary information at a later time than when the goods are delivered, the cancellation period begins to run from the day the buyer receives the cancellation right form and the information.
In order for the right of withdrawal to be asserted, the product must be delivered to Norway Designs in the same quantity and condition as the buyer received it. The product is sent back to Norway Designs including the original packaging together with a completed right of withdrawal form.
When using the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned as quickly as possible, within a reasonable time. Norway Designs is obliged to refund the entire purchase price to the buyer within 14 days from the day we receive the item. The buyer pays the shipping costs themselves on return.

Dispute

The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, you can bring the matter before the Consumer Council near where you live. All disputes must be resolved according to Norwegian law. If the case is brought before the courts, it must be decided in your (the buyer's) jurisdiction, which normally means close to where you live.
