All orders are picked and prepared for dispatch/collection on the same day you send
the order or at the latest on the first working day after ordering.

All orders to be sent are picked up by Bring/Posten on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Pick up in store
orders are normally picked and packed on the same day the order arrives, as long as it is a working day.

You will be sent a tracking number from us when we have packed your order, which you can follow
with where it is located.

Normally, Posten has a delivery time of 3-7 working days from when they pick up the order from us.

Shipments on orders over NOK 1,500 have free shipping.
Shipments on orders under NOK 1,500 cost NOK 89
Pick up in store always has free shipping.

The order can be collected from our store at Lille Grensen 7 in Oslo. We will send you a confirmation when
the item is ready for collection. Refer to the order number when you pick up the item.

Complete the return form attached to your order and send it to us. Remember that the item must
be unused and in original packaging. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after
that you have received your item. You must cover return shipping yourself and you are responsible for the package
properly packaged so that it reaches us intact.
