DROPS is a bonbonniere designed by Kristine Bjaadal. Great for serving and storing nuts, cookies and sweets, but also for storage elsewhere in the house - perhaps as a jewelery box, or a safe home for keys and coins? The design language is soft and elegant and DROPS is therefore also perfect as a decorative object for a still life in the living room. DROPS comes in three colours; one black opaque for secrets or things you want to hide, and a blue and a golden one in transparent colors for what you want to show off. DROPS are mouth-blown and handmade in colored glass by professional glassblowers, and they can be washed in the dishwasher. 
Kristine Bjaadal
Has a master's degree in design from the Oslo Academy of the Arts and runs his own design studio. She focuses on how, with her design of everyday objects, she can turn everyday routines into valued rituals. Her approach to design has a poetic touch, where the use of materials and design together give associations to sculpture as well as to the area of use for which the objects are intended. Bjaadal works at the crossroads between design and handicraft, and with many different materials. She has exhibited in a number of international cities, and her work has received a lot of attention in the national and international design press. She has previously designed the series Hold and Hold Everyday for Magnor Glassverk.
