PRODUCTS FOR THE EXHIBITION
GRANITE - Granite bookends have been developed from the same type of stone as the cobblestones in Bergen and from surplus material after grave support production. The sharp edges are in deep contrast to the visual soft surface and the play of colors in the granite. The weight of the granite works together with the shape to hold books and magazines in place. The properties of the stone, the materiality and the shape help to create a product that is useful and enjoyable, for the eye and for the bookshelf.
