Kuusi wool socks are made of soft merino wool with the beautiful Unikko pattern.

Marimekko's famous poppy pattern Unikko was born in 1964 at a time when the design house's collections mostly contained abstract prints. Designer Maija Isola wanted to create something interesting from this organic theme and designed a whole range of floral prints. Today, the iconic flower represents creativity.

The heart and soul of Marimekko's designs is their own textile factory in Helsinki, where the bold patterns and colors come to life. Around one million meters of fabric are printed at the factory each year.
