High-quality doormat with thick pile and rubberized backing from Norwegian Heymat.

Grain is a mat with an organic pattern inspired by stone textures, and can give associations to the very close or something seen very far away. The mats have a composition of unique shapes that give a modern look and effectively camouflage dirt and dust.

Stine Aas has a master's degree from Bergen College of Art and Design and in 2015 started her own design studio in Bergen where she works with furniture and product design. Stine has exhibited works in several leading international arenas such as Milan, New York and Stockholm. Her work has received great national and international recognition and in 2019 she was awarded the Sheibler Foundation's Design Award for Designer of the Year. Stine is inspired by the interaction between people and the objects around them, and wants to create lasting product relationships by balancing form and function.

Heymat's first collection was launched in 2016, and today the mats are sold in Norway, Japan, the USA and Canada. With a focus on function, the environment and modern Norwegian design, Heymat will create spaces that are good to come home to.

Heymat's ambition is to give each customer a quality product, which they can fall in love with and enjoy for a long time. The mats are made from recycled materials, which are efficient and easy to maintain. The designs have been developed in collaboration with some of Norway's leading designers, and with timeless motifs, the mats also last visually.
