In many families, the iconic damask Christmas cloth has become an indispensable part of the holiday season.
The CHRISTMAS CLOTH with the lovely motif of Christmas hearts is a nostalgic signature design in the damask collection. It is an exclusive tablecloth that you grow up with and pass on to the next generation.

In the color Copenhagen, the CHRISTMAS CLOTHES get a very special expression. The deep green colour, inspired by old Copenhagen gates and benches, makes the tablecloth very atmospheric. The color creates a special atmosphere of Christmas as in the old days.

The CHRISTMAS TABLECLOTH in green forms a great base for the set Christmas table with beautiful crockery, red flowers or berries and a fir tree. Matching fabric napkins complete the expression.

The motif on the tablecloth was designed by Bodil Bødtker-Næss, who was part of the inner circle of textile artists around Georg Jensen Damask in the 1970s, and who is also behind the classic Easter design from the same period. For more than 45 years, the braided Christmas hearts and stylized fir branches have been synonymous with Christmas spirit, and the design is an indispensable part of Christmas in many homes.

By using a tablecloth base, the tablecloth will lie nice and firm and will not slide on the surface of the table. It will also protect the dining table against shocks, moisture and stains. You can find the cloth underlay here

Vaskes på 60°C. Pass på å brette duken helt ut før du putter den i maskinen. Ikke overfyll maskinen. Strekk duken lett etter vask. Skal ikke tørketromles. Hvite damask-tekstiler tåler å vaskes på 95°C.
