Kr 1.090

The scented candle "Einer & Knerisp" is a feast for the eyes and the scent is soothing and refreshing. It is made of natural soy wax, has 3 cotton wicks and is decorated with flowers and junipers from Latvia's flower meadows and forests. The light comes packed in a beautiful cotton bag and with a box that you can recycle.

Soy wax is a vegetable wax that is produced from oil from soybeans. The wax burns without emitting toxic substances and soot and burns up to 50% longer than candles with kerosene. Soy wax is vegan, biodegradable, uses renewable resources and supports farmers around the world. In addition, it is easy to wash away with soap and warm water.

Munio was founded by Elina Cima in 2008 in Riga, Latvia. Today, she runs the company together with her sisters, Laura and Liene. Together they want to bring nature and people closer together again to feel the power that nature gives us, but which can quickly be lost to us in our modern and busy way of living our lives.

Munio has taken ancient Latvian herbal knowledge as its starting point when developing its fragrance products. They use herbs, plants and aromas such as moss, marigold, wildflowers, clover and lavender; plants which are very common both in Norway and in Latvia, and which have been used in herbal medicine in unusual times. The scent of the plants is known for their positive effect on our health. For example, the scent of lavender is known to have a calming effect and lower blood pressure. Calendula has a calming effect on the skin and the scent of clover will evoke summer memories. Everything is made by hand, and is based on natural ingredients such as GMO-free soy wax, lead-free cotton wicks and fragrance additives from perfumes and essential oils. They should not in any way contribute to impairing either nature or the scent experience in the home.
