The Carrier Mini Unikko bag is made from an unbleached cotton and linen blend and has the Unikko pattern. The fabric is printed in Helsinki and the bag has handles made of Marimekko Kioski straps.

46 % of the cotton and 21% of the linen used in this product is recycled.

Marimekko's famous poppy pattern Unikko (poppy) was designed by Maija Isloa in 1964, at a time when hardly any floral designs were included in Marimekko's collections. However, Maija Isola was fascinated by the theme of flowers and decided to create a whole series of new floral prints. Unikko symbolizes creativity.

Marimekko is a Finnish design house that is recognized worldwide for its original prints and colors. Founded in 1951 by the visionary Armi Ratia, Marimekko is one of the world's first true lifestyle brands that combines fashion, bags and accessories as well as interiors in a timeless, sustainable and functional design.
