Pídat Bird Feeder Bird Silo Forest green

Bird Silo is a bird feeder and, in addition, a beautiful sculpture wherever you choose to hang it. It is made from 100% recycled plastic.

Mika & Julie Tolvanen studied the eating habits of birds for several years by feeding them from prototypes by the window in the dining room (while eating their own breakfast). In the end, they ended up with the Bird Silo, which is designed to function as a grain silo. To fill the silo, you lift the top cone, rather in bird food, and the feeder is filled from the bottom up.

Pídat is a Finnish design brand consisting of the duo Mika & Julie from Studio Tolvanen. They are based on the island of Lauttasaari in Helsinki and, in addition to designing collections for Pídat, have designed for well-known brands such as Muuto, Design Within Reach, Teknion, Fontana Arte, Zanotta, Frag, Woud, Inno, NakNak, Isku & Blå Station.

Hand wash Bird Silo with soap and warm water and change food frequently, especially in wet or humid weather to avoid bacteria that could harm your feathered guests. In wet weather, it is recommended not to fill the bird feeder with more than food for a couple of days.
