Marimekko's light and practical shopping bag that can be folded and packed into a small pocket located on the inside of the bag when not in use. The smart bag features the Unikko pattern.

Marimekko's famous poppy pattern, Unikko, was created in 1964 at a time when the design house's collections mainly featured abstract prints. Designer Maija Isola wanted to create something interesting with an organic theme and designed a whole series of floral prints. Today, the iconic flower represents creativity.

Marimekko is a Finnish design house that is recognized worldwide for its original prints and colors. Founded in 1951 by the visionary Armi Ratia, Marimekko is one of the world's first true lifestyle brands, combining fashion, bags, and accessories, as well as interior design, in a timeless, sustainable, and functional style. The heart and soul of Marimekko's design is their own textile factory in Helsinki, where the bold patterns and colors come to life. Around one million meters of fabric are printed at the factory each year.
