The mugs are designed to be comfortable to hold in your hand. Each mug is unique in its organic design language and is made of stoneware clay.

The design process for the Berg mug was based on the feeling of sitting on a mountain and watching the waves splash over the sea. That tranquility, and closeness to nature, emerges when you hold the Berg mugs. The clay, which is millions of years old and now in your hand, is ready to enrich your morning with presence through its tactile surface touching your palm. 

Marthine Fredrikke Spinnangr graduated with a bachelor's in product design from Oslo Metropolitan University, and a bachelor's in business administration from the University of San Francisco. The objects are often inspired by nature's own design language and are at the intersection between art and design.
