The Damask Terry washcloth has a simple expression with Georg Jensen Damask's iconic logo woven in as an elegant detail. Archive Linen is a light beige color with references to linen from our century-old archive.

The terry cloth is jacquard-woven in 100% cotton with loops of double-twisted and combed yarn, which makes it soft, durable and shiny.

  • Wash at 60°C.
  • For colored products, we recommend detergent for colored fabrics without bleach to preserve the product's colors as best as possible. White terry products can withstand 95°C.
  • Before using the product for the first time, we recommend that you unfold it completely, soak it in cold water for about 1 hour and wash it at 60°C. This will cause the loops to lock and reduce the risk of thread pull-outs.
  • Should you experience thread pull-outs, you can simply cut the thread. The product is woven so tightly that it will not unravel, but simply lock itself.
  • If you want soft terry, tumble drying is recommended. Avoid overfilling the washer and dryer so that the product can move freely and excess fibers can be removed.
