Måne Wooden Bowl Ash
Måne is a sculptural wooden bowl made from solid ash by Nedre Foss. Carved from a single piece of wood without any joints, the bowl highlights the natural grain and distinctive patterns of ash. Each piece is unique, with its own beautiful variations in the wood.
The surface is treated with a plant-based oil wax from Swedish manufacturer Osmo (TopOil 3068), which is approved for food contact. After several years of use, the bowl can be treated again with the same type of oil wax to preserve the wood's natural appearance.
Måne is ideal for serving fruit, vegetables and dry baked goods, or as a decorative bowl for storing small everyday items. With its organic shape and natural material, it also makes a striking sculptural object in the home.
Not recommended for moist foods such as salads, porridge or similar dishes.

Nedre Foss was founded in 2009 by the Norwegian design duo Anderssen & Voll. At the heart of the brand's design philosophy are the concepts of the “Century Product” and what they describe as “functional sculpture”.
These concepts reflect the ambition to create objects designed to serve their purpose for at least 100 years, where sculptural qualities and practical functionality are equally important aspects of the design.

Wipe the bowl with a well-wrung, damp cloth. Do not immerse the bowl in water or wash it in the dishwasher.
