Founded in 1951 by the visionary Armi Ratia, Marimekko is one of the world's first true lifestyle brands, combining fashion, bags, and accessories, as well as interior design, in a timeless, sustainable, and functional style. The heart and soul of Marimekko's design is their own textile factory in Helsinki, where the bold patterns and colors come to life. Around one million meters of fabric are printed at the factory each year.
