Signet ring in silver and enamel with an adjustable ring size. The ring is made at Opro’s workshop in Oslo.

Opro is one of Norway’s oldest goldsmith workshops and is located in central Oslo. The name Opro is an acronym for Ole Petter Rasch-Olsen, who took over the goldsmith workshop from Finn Jensen in 1976. Today, the company is run by his daughter and master goldsmith June Rasch-Olsen.

Opro mainly creates silver jewellery with enamel. Enamel is crushed glass mixed with various metal oxides, which create colour. It is a demanding craft that Opro has mastered to perfection.

Store the jewellery in an airtight bag. Use a polishing cloth on the silver parts. As the enamel is handmade, slight variations in colour may occur.

Enamel is glass and can break. If the enamel cracks, contact the supplier for repair. Never store your jewellery in the bathroom.
