If you want to use the ink in a fountain pen, a converter can be used to suck up the ink into a cartridge, which is then inserted into the fountain pen.
The ink from Kaweco dries quite quickly on most papers and has a good, moderate flow that gives you the optimality you need for drawing and writing.
