Tias Coffee Pot

The Tias Coffee Pot by Os Tableware is a modern interpretation of the original 941 coffee pot, designed by Norwegian industrial designer Tias Eckhoff. Together with coffee expert Ola Brattås, Eckhoff's daughter Sigrid has developed a new version that combines excellent coffee brewing with ease of use and cleaning, while preserving the original design.

Made from steel, the coffee pot features internal measurement markings for up to 1 litre. The patented Os Flow Restrictor helps prevent coffee grounds from ending up in your cup. The pot is suitable for all types of hobs, including induction, ceramic, electric and gas.

Tias Eckhoff (1926–2016) was one of Norway's leading industrial designers and played an important role in bringing Scandinavian design to international recognition. In 1964, he received a design award for the original 941 coffee pot. However, the pot was only produced for a few years before electric coffee makers became more popular than traditional boiled coffee.

With the new Tias Coffee Pot, Os Tableware has revived Eckhoff's iconic design, adapting it to modern coffee brewing while preserving its original character.
