Orchid Earrings Hammered Polished Silver

Hedvig Sommerfeldt is the artist and designer behind HedSom Smykker. A metal and jewellery artist, she holds a master's degree from the Oslo National Academy of the Arts (KHiO). In 2015, two of her works, crafted in pure gold and oxidised silver, were acquired by the National Museum of Norway.

Hedvig specialises in a metalworking technique known as hollowware. Hammering is central to this process, with a focus on creating three-dimensional forms from flat sheets of metal.
