Pieni Ketunmarja Oven Mitt

Oven mitt featuring the Ketunmarja pattern. Made from organic cotton with polyester padding and a small hanging loop at one end. 50% of the filling is recycled polyester.

The Ketunmarja pattern was designed by Aino-Maija Metsola. The playful motif depicts foxes in a garden at dusk, surrounded by small birds perched in a yew tree.

Marimekko is a Finnish design house recognized worldwide for its distinctive prints and bold use of color. Founded in 1951 by visionary Armi Ratia, Marimekko was one of the world’s first true lifestyle brands, bringing together fashion, bags and accessories, and home interiors through timeless, functional design.

At the heart of Marimekko is its own textile printing factory in Helsinki, where the brand’s iconic patterns and vibrant colors come to life. Around one million metres of fabric are printed at the factory each year.
