Champetra Toiletry Bag

Kr 780

A practical toiletry bag made from organic cotton, featuring a blue stripe woven into the fabric. The bag has a cotton ribbon attached to the zipper for easy opening and is lined for added durability.

The size is perfect for storing all your toiletries and travel essentials.

A smaller version is also available and pairs beautifully with this bag.

The cotton used in this product is 100% organic and is known for its softness. It is grown and harvested by a cooperative of small-scale farmers in India. The cooperative supports better living conditions and provides training in organic farming, helping farmers achieve more stable prices for their crops. The cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides or genetically modified seeds and relies primarily on rainwater for irrigation.

Aiayu – pronounced [ai-ya-yu] – means ‘soul’ in Aymara, an Indigenous language spoken in Bolivia. The brand was founded in 2005 by Maria Høgh Heilmann with the aim of creating products with care for the environment, the people who make them and those who use them.

Materials are carefully selected for their texture and tactile qualities, with particular attention to how they feel against the skin. The soft, natural colour palette highlights the materials and yarns, often in their original shades without the use of chemical dyes.

Aiayu's products are made in Bolivia, India and Nepal, maintaining a close connection to their origins and the people behind them.
