Frösakull is named after the coastal village in Halland and is inspired by flower meadows and the open landscape along Sweden’s west coast.

The hand-drawn floral pattern combines graphic lines with organic shapes in a timeless Scandinavian design. The colours are inspired by the sea, summer meadows and long days by the coast.

The bathrobe is made from soft and substantial terry cloth in 100% organic cotton, 450 g/m² – a quality designed to feel as good as it looks.

Pelle Vävare was founded by Per-Olof Almqvist (b. 1934), who grew up in Borås – the heart of Sweden’s textile industry. After several years in the industry, he launched his own collection of upholstery fabrics, which quickly became a success.

The major breakthrough came when he took over a textile factory in Kinnahult and introduced an entirely new terry fabric to the Swedish market – soft, lustrous and with a velvety feel that set a new standard for quality. It was launched under the name Pelle Vävare.

Today, this distinctive terry fabric remains at the heart of the brand and is used for both bathrobes and towels. The company is now led by Lisa Basilius, with a clear ambition to carry on its heritage of uncompromising quality and exceptional textile craftsmanship.

  • Wash with similar colours.
  • Do not use fabric softener or detergent containing bleach. Bleach may alter the colour of the product.
  • Tumble dry for approximately 15 minutes to keep the terry cloth soft and fluffy.
