Shorts in soft organic cotton denim. The shorts have a relaxed fit with a good width and Bermuda shorts-inspired leg length. The waist is elastic and the pockets are slanted.

The cotton is from regenerative agriculture under Chetna; a non-profit program that helps improve farmers' livelihoods. Chetna practices agroecological farming, which goes beyond organic farming in improving local ecosystems and biodiversity.

The cotton is GOTS certified, locally sourced and refined in India at a solar-powered and BSCI-certified facility, ensuring a high level of social responsibility and environmental management .

Aiayu - pronounced [ai-ya-yu] - means 'soul' in the indigenous Aymara language of Bolivia. Their label was founded in 2005 by Maria Høgh Heilmann to create products with consideration for the environment, the worker and the user. Fabrics are chosen for their structures and tactile properties, how they feel against the skin. The gentle, natural palette reveals materials and yarns primarily in their natural color without the use of chemical dyes. The garments are made in Bolivia, India and Nepal and are closely linked to their origins and people.
