Soft Curve 34 is a dish that curves slightly at the edge. The dish works just as well as a serving dish as a sculptural feature in the kitchen.

Odd Standard

Odd Standard was founded in 2014 by the duo Tonje Sandberg and Constance Gaard Kristiansen, and produces crockery, both for high-profile restaurants with a sense of quality and creativity, but also for Norway Designs. In the micro factory in Stavanger, they use a machine to wrap each part, which ensures that the bed linen is pretty much the same from time to time. The production is nevertheless largely characterized by handwork, and makes each part unique. The tableware floats in the borderland between art and utensils, industry and craftsmanship, and lifts the meal to a new level.

Odd Standard ble grunnlagt i 2014 av duoen Tonje Sandberg og Constance Gaard Kristiansen, og produserer servise, både til høyt profilerte restauranter med sans for kvalitet og kreativitet, men også for Norway Designs. I mikrofabrikken i Stavanger bruker de en maskin til inndreiing av hver del, noe som sikrer at dekketøyet blir ganske likt fra gang til gang. Produksjonen er allikevel i stor grad preget av håndarbeid, og gjør at hver del blir unik. Dekketøyet svever i grenselandet mellom kunst og redskap, industri og håndverk, og løfter måltidet til et nytt nivå.
