Marimekko Viitta Cushion 50x50cm

The cushion cover with the pattern Viitta is woven on a merino wool jacquard weave. The cover has a zip on the side and the inner cushion is included.

The pattern Viitta is designed by Maija Isola. Viitta means lighthouse, and is one of her geometric designs from the 1960s that is inspired by constructivism.

Marimekko is a Finnish design house that is recognized worldwide for its original prints and colors. Founded in 1951 by the visionary Armi Ratia, Marimekko is one of the world's first true lifestyle brands that combines fashion, bags and accessories as well as interiors in a timeless, sustainable and functional design. The heart and soul of Marimekko's designs is their own textile factory in Helsinki, where the bold patterns and colors come to life. Around one million meters of fabric are printed at the factory each year.
