Made from a cotton and linen blend, this terry towel features a cotton and dark blue Unikko (poppy) pattern. The towel has two sides with different colors, the dominant color on the back is the opposite of the other side.

Marimekko's famous poppy pattern Unikko was created in 1964, at a time when the design house's collections mostly contained abstract prints. The designer Maija Isola wanted to create something interesting from the organic theme and designed a whole range of floral prints. Today, the iconic flower represents creativity.
