The bathrobe in the Unikko pattern is made of soft cotton terry. The coat has side pockets, a separate belt and belt loops.
Marimekko's famous poppy pattern Unikko was created in 1964, at a time when the design house's collections mostly contained abstract prints. The designer Maija Isola wanted to create something interesting from the organic theme and designed a whole range of floral prints. Today, the iconic flower represents creativity.

The heart and soul of Marimekko's designs is their own textile factory in Helsinki, where the bold patterns and colors come to life.
