The Bias Skirt is made from a blend of linen and organic cotton. It has a fitted waist with belt loops and an invisible zipper on the side.

Since the fabric is cut on a slant, the hem of the skirt will never be perfectly straight. A slanted fabric gives a very comfortable fit and the skirt falls nicely. 

The fabric in the Bias Skirt is an exclusive linen/cotton blend with a beautiful pin-stripe pattern. The fabric has a shiny and elegant surface, and is pre-washed and tumble dried for a relaxed character. The organic cotton is produced in India, and everything is dyed and woven in Portugal according to high standards for sustainable production.

Nygårdsanna's clothes are modest and subdued. They should never drown out the wearer. For Nygårdsanna, no garment is ready until a person wears it, before it becomes someone's. The clothes must also fit different bodies. The color scale is taken from nature. There are intermediate colors which are strong without being clear, but which are more muted or almost faded hues. The garments are made to be used, worn and patinated. All the clothes from Nygårdsanna's various collections throughout the ages can be combined. Although they are completely different, they follow a clear vision. This also applies to the colors.

  • The fabric has been tumble dried beforehand. Can be gently ironed with steam after washing.
