Solveig is a small patterned textile originally designed in 1958, taken from Solberg's fantastic archive of historical textiles. By using the bindings and pattern, but dyed with completely new colors, Solveig is as decorative and contemporary today as when the textile was originally designed.

A/S Solberg Spinderi was founded in Drammen in 1818, and is one of the earliest industries in Norway. They utilized the waterfall in the Solberg River for their production, and throughout their more than 200-year history have delivered high-quality textile products.
